I am expecting a discount but I will leave an honest review 😉 my grandmother has used this insurance company for many years without any issues. Their rates are affordable for what insurance is. I have referred this company to other people and they were very happy because the amount they were paying their other insurance company was unreal. This company deals with their clients very well. Their price increases are very minimal In comparison to the outrageous Joe Biden economy we currently are struggling under. I have not needed to shop around for insurance.

I don’t know how long, maybe 30 years we’ve been together? I have only had a couple of, basically, minor claims. They were right on it. Anytime I call someone will talk to me. Sell them to someone have to call me back unless it’s to get additional information. They have enough staff to take care of us. I can’t imagine being with anyone else.

Craig Hutchison and staff have always been prompt; knowledgeable in answering questions; and setting up auto, home, medical insurance I have needed. Pricing is fair. Policies are easy to read. Web site bill pay at Auto-Owners is simple to do. Claims have been very prompt. There are no unnecessary calls or mailings. Just the good stuff.

I have had excellent service from Hutchinson*s ALL the years that they have had me as a customer. Friendliness and handling issues are part of their service. I don*t have a car anymore, but I keep them for my home insurance and receive excellent service just on that policy.
